This wreath placed at Panel W-31 at "The Wall", in honor of those who died in support of LZ Russell. The plaque, made up by Doc Smith, honors Portugal Silveria for his bravery when he was killed during the explosion on Russell in September, 1969. Doc later presented the plaque to Portugal's family.
