About SITREP
Welcome to SITREP, LZ Russell Association’s News Letter.
This was created to kill several birds with one stone.
SITREP (which is military jargon for “Situation Report”) replaces our
“Announcements” section and will allow us to create an archive of
announcements. Those will be fun
to look back on, say in 10 years.
It’s part of the new streamlining the LZ is undergoing.
SITREP replaces the email newsletter too.
This will end a lot of duplication that was also in the
Announcements section.
In addition to all the LZ News, our readers can submit interesting
articles and pictures of just about any subjects they feel may be
interesting. You may stumble on
something really funny on the Internet.
You might have some thoughts to share about our situation over
seas. Or you might have some VA
information for everyone.
Naturally, we cannot post everything, but if your subject is
non-political, spelling corrected and keeping in the general positive
spirit of our web site, then it will probably be posted.

HELP WANTED!
Become a SITREP Editor!
If you can handle text and pictures through email, know how to clean up
a document and use spell-check, have a pretty good eye for what is
interesting,
HOW ABOUT PITCHING IN?
We could use Section Editors who will compile the material and then send
it to SITREP for publication each month.
It’s easy!
Take one of our existing sections, or maybe you have an idea for a new
section.
Your pay will be exactly the same as the Webmaster is paid! Wow!
