My Guardian Angel
Along time ago I asked mom if you saw me before you left for Vietnam.  Sshe told me that you left just before I was born. But before you left you said to her that you couldn't wait to see your niece. You left this earth just months later. You did see me though, didn't you, in the middle of the night?  Mom saw you standing over my crib. You have been standing over me ever since. Your memory lives on in our hearts and the face of your great nephew. Watch over him as you have me. All my love, your Niece.
