Official LZ Russell Zippo Lighters
The front shows the LZ Russell name, with the Marine Corps logo below, followed by the years "68-69 and our "Brothers Forever" slogan under that.
The rear shows the word "Vietnam" at the top, a map showing various cities and the DMZ, plus a Third Marine Division logo. These lighters really do look great! All you need to make them work is a can of lighter fluid and a flint, which is easily found at general merchandise stores everywhere.
OK, so maybe you don't smoke. No crime in that. But everyone burns, eventually. Every man needs fire. Fire is the first civilized use of thermodynamic technology. These lighters are useful too; light the BBQ; burn the leaves; give that annoying neighbor a hot foot. One proud owner of these lighters reports that two ladies on separate occasions asked him to go home with them after nonchalantly flashing his Zippo at them.
Even if you don't actually use these lighters, their jewel-like quality makes them a nice desk, shelf, or mantel display, without a large footprint.
